About cash on delivery payment method
Payment Method Cash on Delivery (COD) is a payment method in which the purchaser pays the courier who delivers the item when it is received.
Courier only accepts cash payments, not credit / debit cards. It also encourages buyers to prepare the exact amount when the item arrives. Buyers typically receive an SMS the morning before the item is shipped.
Terms of use for COD payment methods
To use the COD payment method, your order must meet the following conditions:
- Purchase price does not exceed 2,000,000 rupiah (2 million rupiah)
- Shipping address within COD range (listed below)
- Do not use vouchers when ordering
- Do not follow specific promotions
The COD payment method cannot be used for certain products such as large furniture products.
